Why Iβm Taking Part
During the month of June I have chosen to take part in the β300,000 Step to Supportβ π£ challenge to raise well needed donations towards a charity which is close to both mine and my husband's heart β€οΈ
Over the years cancer has taken my great great grandmother, my dads long term partner Kathy along with my husbands best friend Paul and very recently in the month of April my mother in law Michele has also lost her very brave battle to this cruel disease. ποΈ
All weβre closely supported by MacMillan cancer support during there final monthsπ
Many will know that I work a home based office job Mon-Thurs between the hours of 8am - 6pm which consists of me having to sit behind a desk leaving me very little time to exercise in between my working hours, the personal accomplishment of 10,000 steps per day will be a massive challenge for me to complete each day throughout June π
Both myself and my four legged companion Bella the pug πΎ will be documenting our journey throughout June keeping all donators up to speed with our journey each day and hopefully completing the 300,000 steps needed to complete this challenge
I know times are tough, but If you are able too please consider donating towards my challenge for this worthwhile cause as together we can stand up to cancer ππ»

π Day 24 π Very warm & humid walk today around Wistow, although we went later in the evening and walked mostly in the shaded areas it was still too hot for Bella, she had a cool drink of beef bone broth once home πΎ

π Day 22 π Lovely walk into town with my mum today, our route took us along new walk and past the Belmont Hotel which is where I held my wedding reception coming up to 15 years ago on the 24th July! ππ
We then stopped for some lunch before hitting the shops for some retail therapy ready for my upcoming holiday ποΈ
